On this page we collect one thing: your email address, so we can tell you when the Downplan beta opens. Nothing else, never sold, no advertising. You can opt out in one click, any time.
Who is responsible for your information
Downplan is a product of Enelca, which is responsible for the personal information collected on this site. Any question about the protection of your personal information — and any request to access, correct or delete it — is handled by Enelca's privacy officer, reachable at support@downplan.app.
What we collect
When you submit the early access form:
- Your email address — the one you type in yourself.
- The language of the page (French or English) — so we write to you in the right one.
- Where your visit came from, when the link you clicked carries
it (the
utm_sourceandutm_campaignparameters, e.g. "linkedin") — so we know which channels bring people to Downplan. That origin is kept in your browser for the length of your visit (session storage, cleared when you close the tab), so it stays accurate if you switch language before signing up.
We ask for no name, no phone number, no payment details. The form includes a hidden field used to catch bots: if it is filled in, the submission is ignored and nothing is recorded.
What it is used for
Your email address is used only to tell you when the Downplan beta opens and what the early access offer involves. It is not used for any other marketing, never sold, rented or traded, and is not shared with any third party other than the email provider described below.
We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time, with no consequence.
Where it is stored — outside Quebec
The early access list is hosted with Resend (Resend, Inc.), our email provider, whose servers are located in the United States. Your information is therefore transferred to and stored outside Quebec, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. Resend acts only on our instructions and does not use your address for its own purposes. The site itself is hosted by Vercel (Vercel, Inc., United States). We assessed these transfers outside Quebec as not exposing your information to unreasonable risk, given how limited it is (an email address and the language of the page) and the contractual commitments of these providers.
How long we keep it
We keep your address until the beta opens, and no longer than 24 months after you sign up. After that, or if the project does not go ahead, the list is deleted. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from the mailing list immediately and erased from our records within 30 days.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link — no reason to give, no form to fill in. You can also write to support@downplan.app and we will take care of it.
Your rights
At any time you may ask to:
- see the information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw your consent and have your address deleted;
- file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if our answer does not satisfy you.

Audience measurement
We measure site traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and no persistent identifier, and does not follow visitors across sites. The data is aggregated: page views, country, device type, referring page, and whether a signup happened. It cannot identify you and is not tied to your email address.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. A material change in how we use your address would be announced to you by email before taking effect.
